Zoning district rules
R-1 Single Family Residential
In R-1 you must mail notice to every property within 175 feet and attach the signed Declaration of Notice.
R-2 Multiple Family Residential
In R-2 you must mail notice to every property within 175 feet and attach the signed Declaration of Notice.

- Site plan and inspection consent
- Liability insurance declaration page
- Declaration of Notice to neighbors within 175 feet (R-1, R-2 only)
Required in R-1 and R-2.
PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 15 MB each. A phone photo of a hand-drawn sketch is fine.
Process
The village may inspect the property. Keep a local contact available 24 hours a day while the property is rented.
