To apply for a special use, you need this permit.
Some uses are allowed in a district only by special use approval from the Planning Commission after a public hearing.

Professional planning and engineering fees are billed separately at actual cost; an escrow may be required.
Pay online by card (a processing fee is added and shown before you pay) or by check at Village Hall.
